ECE R100
Experimental procedure:
3.1 the test object is the battery pack or the system
3.2 in the test, the size of the flat plate containing gasoline is 20cm above the horizontal size of the test object, not more than 50cm, and the height of the flat plate is not higher than 8cm above the surface of gasoline. The distance between the gasoline liquid level and the test object is set by 50cm, or the height from the ground of the bottom surface of the test object of the vehicle in no-load state, or water into the bottom of the flat plate is agreed by both parties
3.3 light the gasoline at least 3m away from the equipment under test. After 60s of preheating, place the oil pan under the equipment under test. If the oil pan is too large to move, move the bracket of the tested sample box
3.4 the test subject was directly exposed to the flame for 70s
3.5 cover the cover on the oil pan. The test subject tests 60 ss in this state or continues to be directly exposed to the flame for 60s as agreed by both parties
3.6 remove the oil pan and observe for 2h
3.7 requirements: The battery pack or the system has no explosion phenomenon. If there is a fire, it should be flameout within 2min after the fire source is removed
