Design overview:
Two short-circuit structure control modes
The first kind: Resistance <5m ω, pneumatic vacuum arc extinguishing short circuit test structure
The second kind: 1m ω ~100m ω or greater resistance value, industrial high current silver surface contact short circuit test control structure

Use of equipment:
Analog cell, battery pack, battery pack, direct short circuit or short circuit with multiple resistance safety performance

Test steps:
3.1 the test object is the battery system
3.2 all the control systems of the test object in the test shall be in the working state
3.3 short-circuit the terminal of the test object for 10min
3.4 short circuit resistance 1~100m ω shall be agreed upon by both parties. Observations were performed for 2h
3.5 requirements: The protection device works, the battery system without leakage, shell rupture, fire or explosion. The tested insulation resistance value shall not be less than 100 ω / v
