The 4000 series harness comprehensive testing system is an instrument used for rapid inspection of harnesses, which can accurately detect open circuits, short circuits, and misalignment in the test harness, helping users quickly detect problems in the wiring harness. The equipment is combined with the supporting upper computer testing software to visually display the problems in the wiring harness.

The HT4000-M series harness testing (cable testing) equipment supports mixed testing of two and four wires, integrating fast OS testing, four wire conduction testing, DCR testing, insulation testing, DC withstand voltage testing, ESD testing, NTP/PTC testing, and can be widely used for on-site analysis and testing of various harnesses and cables. DP4000-M has a maximum point count of 512 and can be used for distributed on-site testing of cable harnesses in industries such as aerospace, trains, and ships.
