Testing steps 
1.Connect to the power 
2.Open the computer , then open the software 
3.Adjustable the fixture, then according to the standard placed well the helmet 
4.Accoring to as below steps apply the force
   4.1 The initial load:30N, keep 2 minutes then measurement the parallel plate's distance
   4.2 Every 2 minutes increase 100N load until 630N ,keep 2 minutes, measurement the parallel plate's       
   distance
   4.3 As every 2 minutes reduce 100N load until 30N, then measuremet the parallel plate's distance
5.Record data and save the testing data
