Test procedure:
1. Temperature shock
1.1 the test object is the battery pack or the system
1.2 the test object is placed in the alternating temperature environment of (-40 ± 2) ºC ~ (85 ± 2) ºC. The conversion time of the two extreme temperatures is within 30min. The test object is kept 8h in each extreme temperature environment for 5 cycles, and observed at room temperature for 2h
1.3 requirements: No leakage of the battery pack or system, shell rupture, fire or explosion and other phenomena. The tested insulation resistance value shall not be less than 100 ω / v

2. Hot and humid cycle
2.1 the test object is the battery pack or the system
2.2 conduct test db with reference to gb / t2423.4, see figure 4. The highest temperature is + 80ºC for 5 cycles and 2 is observed at room temperature for h.
2.3 requirements: No leakage of the battery pack or system, shell rupture, fire or explosion and other phenomena. The tested insulation resistance value shall not be less than 100 ω / v
