Test objective:
Simulation battery package or system at a certain temperature, a certain pH and a certain concentration of salt spray environment to maintain for a period of time, the battery package or system will appear leakage, shell rupture, fire or explosion phenomenon, with the phenomenon structure as an important basis to judge its safety line. At the same time, the machine can also test the corrosion resistance of its products after electroplating, anode treatment, spraying, anticorrosion oil and other corrosion treatment on the surface of various materials. The machine adopts walk-in structure, and the test box has high explosion-proof performance and rapid fire extinguishing device, which can guarantee the test safety
Test procedure:
2.1. The test object is the battery pack or the system
2.2. Four test cycles according to GB / T 2423.18 Harness Level (5)
2.3. The salt solution is sodium chloride (chemically pure. Analytically pure) and distilled or deionized water configurations at a concentration of (5 ± 0.1)% (mass fraction).(20 ± 2) The PH value measured at ºC is between 6.5 and 7.2
2.4. Put the test object into the salt spray box and spray salt spray at 15ºC ~35ºC for 2h. After the spray, the test subjects were transferred to a damp heat box for 20h~22h, temperature (40 ± 2) ºC and relative humidity (90 ± 3)% into a cycle. This cycle was repeated three times and then stored for 3d in the test standard atmospheric conditions [temperature (23 ± 2) ºC, relative humidity 45%~55%] to form one cycle for four repeated cycles
2.5. Requirements: No leakage of the battery pack or the system. The shell rupture. Fire or explosion phenomenon
